Eén van de eerste dingen die ik ‘s ochtends doe is mijn mail checken. Dit
is een gewoonte geworden: ik check dan snel even de binnengekomen mailtjes voor
ik uit bed spring. Waarom vertel ik dit? Toen ik vanmorgen mijn Tasting
Lifestyle mailbox nakeek, las ik een heel leuk nieuwtje. Ik werd namelijk
genomineerd voor de Liebster Award door medeblogster Fruity Marshmallow! De
Liebster Award is een blogaward die wordt uitgereikt DOOR bloggers AAN bloggers.
Het idee achter deze award is om nog niet zo bekende bloggers in de spotlight
te zetten en op die manier iets nieuws te ontdekken en mekaar te steunen.
Gezien het internationale karakter van deze award, zal ik deze blogpost in het
Engels schrijven.
One of the first things I do in the morning
before I get out of bed, is go through my e-mails. Nasty habit, I know… but
that way I’m always up to date and ready for action. This morning, when
checking my Tasting Lifestyle mail, I discovered I was nominated for the
Liebster award, by the lovely Fruity Marshmallow blogger! The Liebster award is
an award which gives not so well known bloggers the chance to get noticed and
be discovered by other bloggers. Thank you Fruity Marshmallow for the
nomination!

- If you could pick a dessert to represent
you, which one would you pick and why?
I would be a chocolate moelleux. Tough on the
outside but soft on the inside. And chocolate is my guilty pleasure, so that’s
a perfect match!
-What is
your favourite holiday or time of the year?
Like most people: spring and summer. I love
it when days get longer and when I can feel the sun on my skin. I get more
energy and I’m happy.
-What is one beauty/ make-up item you cannot
live without?
My favourite moisturizer at the moment is the
Clinique superdefense. My skin feels soft and has a healthy glow all day.
-What was your favourite memory of 2014?
My favourite memories always involve
vacations. Short or long vacations, doesn’t matter. As long as I can get away
for a while and feel relaxed.
-What is one of your pet peeves and why?
I hate it when I’m surrounded by negative
people and negativity in general. I think it gets you nowhere and a positive
attitude, even when things aren’t going the way it should, is a great asset.
- If you could live in another country other
than your own what would it be?
Difficult question, since there are so many
countries I love… I could however get used to living in the USA, especially in
a city like San Francisco. Good weather, nearby the ocean and a beautiful mix
of cultures.
-What are you looking forward to the most
this year?
Summer vacation, as always.

… I would go for ‘The last time’.
-What is your favourite sport?
Diving

you have?
I would want to read people’s minds.
